September 15th
James and Associates completed the construction of Cedar Crest Assited living this past week. The project was completed nearly a month ahead of schedule. The project was also brought in on budget. We will have more media on this project within the next several weeks.
Septmember 2nd
James & Associates has signed a Construction contract in Cedar Rapids Iowa. The construction project consists of 90 units of Family Townhomes located on 9+ acres of land. This project is replacing housing the was lost in last years flooding. Overall construction costs are expected to exceed $ 9M.
August 15th
