James & Associates has been named as General Contractor for the Cedar Crest Assisted living and Memory care complex located in Central minnesota.  The complex consists of 39 assisted living units and 10 memory care units.



Timeless Tradition Homes Inc. owned by James & Associates CEO Jim Schmitz, hosted the St. Cloud Area of Chamber business after hours this past month.  


Des Moines, IA 
The Rose of Des Moines Assisted Living facility nears Completion.  the $6 million facility built by James & Associates Commercial Construction is on schedule and will open Oct. 1st, 2008.

The Rose Of Waterloo is a 64 unit Asssted Living Facility, designed under the Section 42 housing Program. It is located in Waterloo, Iowa.


Arlington Place

This Office / Retail Center is currently in it's 3rd phase and consists of 36,800 sqft of office / retail space. It is located in St. Cloud, MN.  Current tenants include; Aflac, Edward Jones, Snap Fitness, Bezek Dentist DDS, Synergy Graphics, Super Chinese buffet, among others.


Des Moines, Iowa

A 64 unit elderly care housing structure, it is currrently being built for independent and assisted living clients.  the completion of this project is projected for August 2008.


Lakeshore Harbors

A lakeshore development located on Long Lake, Vergas, MN.  This distintive lakeshore project  includes 12 residential units.


Arlington Townhomes

This 18 unit patio home project is located in the heart of St. Cloud, MN just across the street from Whitney Senior Center park.  This project features several different layouts with basement options available. There is currently only one unit left.


Villages of Creekside

James & Associates was the General contractor on site construction, for this 97 acre mixed use land development.  All site construction, lift station, including City utility extensions, roads, and gerenal excavation were contracted through J & A.
