The Rose of Waterloo, a 64-unit assisted living complex has opened its doors to an enormous need. The $8.9 million facility overcame a devastating casualty this past summer when a fire ripped through the building causing a total loss.

Arlington Place was established in 2000 as an independent living facility, but soon outgrew itself and found more of a need for assisted living capabilities.
