James And Associates Has recieved the design and construction contract for the Silver lake Assited Living Project. The construction start will begin on March 10th 2009 and is expected tobe completed By September. The 42 unit project will be located on Silver Lake and will fill a much needed gap for assisted living needs.
Assited Living Project Recieves an "outstanding Project Status" from Iowa Finance Authority. The "Rose of Waterloo" was named in IFA's annual report as an outstanding project of 2008 in the State of Iowa. The project was value engineered and constructed by James & Associates, who has constructed nearly 2,000 units of LIHTC projects across the midwest.
James & Associates is proud to anounce the opening of "the Rose of East Des Moines" the $6.1m project was completed on schedule and opens its doors for affordable assisted living to local residents. the 64 unit facility is located on the coner of garfield and idaho st, in east des moines. while the project faced severe wheather constraints throughout the construction phases, the project finish on schedule and opened its doors with a spectacular grand opening. the facility which was designed by james & associates and cole group architects, features over 73,000 square feet and includes a theater, library, community center, excercise and rehab room, as well as many other community features. the project also took advantage of new green technology, including solar energy.
James & Associates has been named as General Contractor for the Cedar Crest Assisted living and Memory care complex located in Central minnesota. The complex consists of 39 assisted living units and 10 memory care units.
Timeless Tradition Homes Inc. owned by James & Associates CEO Jim Schmitz, hosted the St. Cloud Area of Chamber business after hours.
