J&A Partners With Rapidly Growing Fitness Center Chain

ST. CLOUD, MN (Oct. 10, 2007) - James & Associates Commercial Construction Co. has partnered with Snap Fitness, one of the fastest growing fitness center chains in North America. Snap Fitness recently opened it’s newest location in St Cloud, Minn.

James & Associates helped design and construct the St. Cloud fitness center, which is part of the new $ 6.3 million Arlington Place Business Center. James & Associates is constructing the business complex on the east side of St. Cloud.

Jim Schmitz, CEO of James & Associates, stated that the construction went well and that it was a great effort by all sub contractors to get the project within the budgeted numbers.

Snap Fitness is one of many national retailers locating in the new commercial complex. Snap Fitness will be open 24 hours a day.
